• Production Time Our standard production time is generally around 3-4 weeks, but if you have any specific deadlines, please inform us, and we will make every effort to meet them to ensure prompt delivery.

• Cancellations We accept cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made. Please note that if you choose to cancel your order after a certain period, we will retain a charge for the materials used: 15% if cancelled within 2-3 days, and 25% if cancelled after 4 days or later.

• Returns You can rely on our refund or exchange policy within a 30-day period, ensuring you have ample time to request a refund or exchange for your painting. For returns, please reach out to us within 14 days of order delivery and ensure that the item is shipped back within 30 days. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Exchanges At BilykArt, your satisfaction is our top priority. In the unfortunate event that your painting arrives defective or damaged, we will promptly replace it for you.
