Refund policy
Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes items can arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please send an email to us at info@bilykart.gallery. We will replace the item with the same one.
Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized orders, as well as items on sale.
Cancellation and Return:
Our policy allows for returns within 30 days of artwork delivery. If 30 days have passed since your artwork was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours after placing an order. This timeline accounts for potential differences in time zones. Afterwards, buyers are responsible for all costs of used materials up to the point of cancellation.
If a cancellation occurs after 2-3 days, we will deduct a charge of 10% from the refund. For cancellations made after 4 days, a charge of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of the artwork delivery and ship it back to us within 30 days of the original order delivery. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it should be returned in its original packaging.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a delivery service with a tracking number. The initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
The return shipping time may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item worth more than $200, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee the reception of returned items.
